Court of Appeal reaffirms Ombudsman's Authority

On June 12, 2019, the authority of the Nova Scotia Ombudsman was reaffirmed by the following court of appeal decision:

Nova Scotia Office of the Ombudsman v. The Attorney General of Nova Scotia Representing the Department of Health and Wellness and The Minister of Health and Wellness
