Open for service

While the Office of the Ombudsman remained open during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, a limited number of in-person services were suspended in keeping with Public Health guidelines. 

Beginning Monday, July 13, 2020, in-person services will resume by appointment. Same day or “walk-in” appointments will be accommodated where possible. To schedule an appointment, please contact our Office by telephone toll-free at 1-800-670-1111, or by email at ombudsman@novascotia.ca
